- S148 Exempts from sales tax for two years certain highly fuel efficient vehicles and energy efficient appliances.
- S597 Encourages development of zero-emission vehicle fueling and charging infrastructure in redevelopment projects.
- S248 Prohibits sale, distribution, and use of urea as an ice melt.
- A350 Prohibits dumping dredge spoils on and around islands without municipal approval.
- A718 “Barnegat Bay Protection Act”; establishes Barnegat Bay Protection Fund, dedicates portion of sales tax on lawn fertilizer, authorizes special license plates, and provides for donations.
- A909 Prohibits sale of expanded polystyrene food containers by public schools and public institutions of higher education.
- S1073 Authorizes municipalities, counties, and certain authorities to establish stormwater utilities.
- A2698 Requires DOT to prioritize green stormwater infrastructure in design, construction, reconstruction, and repair of public highways.
- A1571 Establishes Capture, Control, and Conserve Reward Rebate Program in DEP to encourage property owners to implement certain techniques to conserve water or control stormwater runoff.
- A2417 Creates “Coastal Climate Change Commission.”
